Acceptable Use Policy.

• No stolen, leaked, hacked or otherwise unauthorized data, and no data obtained by credential stuffing, unauthorized access or deception.
• No listing a business without its owner's knowledge and Mandate, and no fake, squatted or bulk-claimed listings.
• No data you are barred from licensing by contract, confidentiality duty, privilege or law, unless disclosed to us in writing and cleared.
• No special-category or sensitive data (health, biometric, genetic, financial account, government ID, precise location, children's data, or data revealing race, religion, sexual orientation, union membership or immigration status) uploaded or shared except through the Clean Room intake, and no privileged legal or medical content without the privilege screen.
• No raw data or owner identity sent by email, chat or any channel outside the Platform.

• No scraping, crawling or bulk harvesting of the Platform beyond the published API, deals.json and llms.txt, and no exceeding rate limits.
• No probing, scanning or testing our security, and no interfering with the Platform or other users.
• No sharing API keys or sign-in links, and no running agents that act outside the permissions and spending caps you set.
• No false identities, misrepresentation of yourself, your business, your mandate, a Dataset or a commission.

• No attempt to identify, re-identify, contact or locate any business, owner, broker, employee or customer behind a listing or Dataset.
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk outreach to owners or labs, no misleading use of the data.cool name in outreach, and compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and similar laws in any outreach you do.
• No harassment, threats or pressure on owners to list or confirm.

For 24 months after an introduction through the Platform, do not transact with that party, or in that Dataset, outside the Platform, and do not help anyone else to. Do not misuse the referral program, including self-referral and fake accounts.

• Comply with all applicable privacy, data-protection, consumer-protection, export-control and anti-corruption laws.
• No use by, for or on behalf of anyone sanctioned by OFAC, the UN, the EU or the UK, or located in a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, and no use of data to build weapons, conduct unlawful surveillance or discriminate unlawfully.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove content or listings, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API keys, void broker-of-record status, withhold or forfeit unpaid amounts, forfeit bonds as the Broker Terms provide, and report unlawful conduct to authorities and affected parties.
